Arrived at 10;33 am in drive thru for big box and 2 roast beef sandwiches. No one else was in the drive thru and only 4 cars in parking lot. Came to window to pay and received my drink. Watched from window 2 women employees keep looking at order screen and moving bags around. I finally received my order at 10:57am. Ridiculous customer service. No apologies for the wait. When I opened my sandwich from big box it was wrong and cold. Normally I have great experience at Arby’s but not today.

Had to compliment the drive thru guy. Very friendly and professional. Went for the seasonal chicken pecan Market Fresh sandwich and it did not disappoint! Good job Arby's West Bend!

Ordered threw the drive thru, drove home over half hour just to find that we were not given all of our food. Lesson learned! Always check your bag!

Nice location and well kept inside for dine-in. Arbys has great food with high-quality ingredients. Lika most places these days, the prices have inched up to where visits are more of an infrequent treat instead of a common occurrence. Basic meals for two people with medium drinks ws over $25. Cashier order taker was an older humorless lady who should smile more. I sometimes feel i am the only upbeat person in a world of grumpus's. When we left, one guy behind the counter that we didn't even deal with thanked us for our business and wished us a great day, which i appreciate enough to relay
