Absolutely horrible service, there were two Little girls throwing stuff around the restaurant. Taking ice and throwing ice out of the soda machine continuously pressing the soda machine buttons. No one of the staff members were stopping those little girls. There were nasty feet with dirty socks running around on the floor, touching the tables. I would not recommend going to this location in West Bend. The Taco Bell in Saukville is a lot better. And when we wanted to cancel our order, some guy made it a big deal very professional customer service right there.

Ordered drive thru. Made order and they talked back in Spanish. Ask what and said order again. Back in Spanish, then they laughed type in order. When recieved my food, went home and very disappointed. Wasted money.

I ordered online and by my own mistake I ordered from the incorrect location. I tried to cancel online and it wouldn't let me. I called and asked the employee to cancel he wasnt sure so he gave me to the manager. I IMMEDIATELY called after my order so less then two minutes. The manger came on the phone and said Hi your order is already ready. I said how is that even possible?! She would not cancel the order and didnt even acknowledge my inquiry to cancel.. I know it was my mistake but I didnt think it would be such a big deal to cancel an order.. I had a 30 minute drive to that location. I wal

first of all. when the lady who came in after us came in and nicely asked for a drink carrier. the guy in the back looked and her and sighed and ignored her. the manager had to come back and simply tell her the carriers were by the straws. second lol they messed up my sister’s burrito. not sure if it was laziness or what. then, our fries fell out of the container literally looking like a block of cement. we are definitely through with taco bell and will not be going anymore these kinds of things have been happening for YEARS specifically at this location. disappointing honestly.
