This location gave me an awesome experience. Burger was fresh as can be and fries were yum. The lady who helped me was very kind. I think her name was Alaina. Also, dude at the back hustles the fries with a smile on his face. Didn’t catch his name tho. I’ll be Bach.

Your crew barely spoke English. Our burger’s were overcooked and the buns were crunchy. Limp greasy fries… change your oil. They couldn’t I asked for a replacement and they couldn’t get that right. A rip off. Get competent people that speak English. The soda machines were out of ice and flavors as well and the place was a mess. What happened here???

Let’s break it down: 3-stars for the burger, 4-stars for the fries and 5-stars for the cleanliness. It was not a $9+ hamburger. Two patties is great but no flavor to the burger and even with grilled onions and mushrooms it was extremely bland. Bun was so thin it became soggy very quickly from the burger. Employees were nice but I was amazed that 7 people were on the clock for how slow it was. One photo of them just standing around and a bit entertaining to hear their back and forth conversation about who was on dishes and fries. Not oozing productivity.
