I went to the Burger King on 865 W Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance, Ca 90502… on 4-25-26 at 10:55 AM… drive-thru… the young lady who took my order and served at the window was very courteous and friendly, nice smile, and whoever made my Double Wopper, made it so good! And it tasted like it was freshly made! 👍🏼👍🏼 and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

10-31-2024 I use this spot as a "if i have a coupon/discount code" kinda place, pro tip, sign up for their app and keep your expectations in check. The lines move relatively quickly in the drive thru, I place my order online and go for pickup; they usually start prepping when I give my order number in the drive thru. The food is what you might expect from a fast food chain, just don't order any high end items like specialty burgers or chicken; they are a low cost supplier so I act accordingly. Poor customer service not worth to go to this terrible place had a bad experience i order 3 kids meals and 2 medium size combos and I asked the cashier (Nathalie) to provide me with 3 additional condiments because she had only gave me 1 condiment for all 5 meals sure didn't make any sense, when I asked for a couple of more condiments she wanted to charge me an extra fee for 2 more BBQ sauce I'm already paying 41$ dollars for 3 kids meals and 2 adult combos and she still wanted to charge me for 2 more BBQ sauce it's totally unfair I can understand if I already have enough condiments and I'm ask

The worst burger king store ever. Terrible customer service, serving incorrect food, store is dirty, etc. I’ve requested to change the recipe inside the burger and got the receipt, but the burger hasn’t been made what I’ve requested. All employees need to be changed.
