This location is slowly going down hill, due to the employees and their rude conduct/attitude. My son order a kids meal with nuggets. He and I sat while he ate inside he politely asked an employee for sauce (that he never got) and was ignored multiple times, employees walked right past him even after raising his voice. I went to ask for him afterwards and the employed who responded rolled his eyes, took a deep sigh and tossed the sauce on the counter., I then ordered my food to go, and when I got home, the sandwich had old/ moldy lettuce on it, and the mayo looked as if it had been on the san

OK - this is a shoutout to the BK Crew working Saturday morning June 13th - we pre-ordered 80 Breakfast Sandwiches - not only was the order completed at 7:00 am Saturday as we requested, every sandwich was tasty and perfect, wow! Honestly these guys need to work on their customer service. We told the lady in the drive through we were there to pick up our Togo order, she didn’t respond for a while and when we asked “hello?” all she said was “it’ll be awhile” so we waited there for another minute before driving up to the widow. Then she proceeds to scold us for pulling forward before she told us to and said she was backed up on orders in a really rude manner. I told her we pulled up because she never responded clearly and then she kept getting an attitude about me pulling forward. Then she just kept saying “bye, bye, bye
