I ordered online for pick up. Grabbed the food through the drive through. Drove back to work so I could eat. After a couple of bites I opened the crunch wrap up only to see everything I had specified I did not want. Called the store and was told I could come back and get a new one. I was not able to due to time restraint. No refund to my card either. It was clearly printed out on the order. They did get the softshell taco correct though!

10:04pm Sat, May 9th. SO SICK OF TACO BELL NOT BEING ABLE TO HANDLE A VEGETARIAN MENU. Literally could not tell you how many goddamn times they have made me bite into meat unknowingly. Ruined my dinner and my night, what a waste of $8.

Love this taco bell specifically, my food is always amazing, sometimes questionable depending on the time of day. But the morning workers are by far the best. I get the breakfast option often and I'm never disappointed! Super friendly staff as well really makes for a great taco bell
