Absolutely love App’s. This place is a West Haven classic for a reason. Fantastic Italian food and seafood, and the nightly specials are always worth asking about. Everything tastes homemade and generous, not rushed or overdone. We had a mix of seafood and Italian staples and every plate came out hot and full of flavor. The sauces are rich, the seafood is cooked perfectly, and even the salad was fresh and well done. You can tell they care about consistency here. Full bar available, which is great for date night, but it also works just as well for a relaxed family dinner. Service is friendly

My wife and I stopped by for some appetizers and a cocktail or two. We sat at the bar and Clark too very good care of us. The drinks and the food was awesome. Turns out Clark and I had lots in common. By the time we left, I felt like Clark was an old friend. Atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. I can't wait to go back for the prime rib or the zuppa di clams. Check this restaurant out, it may become a favorite! Thanks again Clark!

I don't usually leave a bad review. I'm Italian and grow up on home cooking. The salad was a sliver of red onion a cherry tomato and a couple of pieces of iceberg lettuce. I had feddichinni Alfredo. The Fred was half cooked while the other end was raw and stuck together as if it never hit the hot water. That was it for me and my wife. I paid the bill with a generous tip and never went back. My mom used to eat their with her church group and bragged about it. What a disappointing experience. I don't argue I just invite the cook to finish my meal. I would pay double to see that.
