I have been going to this location on and off for about 20 years. I have always lived in the West Jordan area. This is by far the best staff/customer service from ANY OTHER Del Taco. They are so kind, and not to mention the food was well prepared and they were thoughtful about it. These workers are so kind, you can tell they get treated well with how well they treated me and my son during our drive-thru experience. 10 out 10! Would recommend 😊

Showed up at 3 AM after work and ordered two shrimp tacos. Waited about 5 minutes, drove 20 minutes home, and realized I was given fish tacos instead, and they tasted awful. That’s exactly why I order shrimp: they’re consistent. I tried calling to fix it in the morning, but the first six calls rang until they hung up. Then suddenly my calls started getting cut off after a few seconds, and eventually my number was clearly blocked. I went through the drive-through and the lady taking my service with the tattoos I think she’s new anyways she Was very friendly She has great customer service. She stands out. She makes sure to make you feel welcomed and repeats the order 2 times at the drive and at the window I’ve went in side as well and she’s so nice and funny she definitely makes everyone smile . I think her name was Laura if I’m correct she deserves to get recognized. I’ll be coming again for sure

The food is static.. reliable decent gut fill. The lady running the drive through kept talking over me... almost like there was 3 second gap in their i terror system. She just kept doing it. Finally I was quiet for 10 seconds and asked if I could order uninterrupted. I ordered very slowly, very clearly and she got it right. There was a slight language barrier... but not much. Im not out that way very often, ill likely never return.
