Extremely disappointing experience. We stood inside waiting while the staff continued helping drive-thru customers and completely ignored us. When we tried to order, we were told to use the kiosk—but we had questions the kiosk couldn’t answer. Jack is no longer what it used to be. Had not been to this location in nearly a year. I confirmed I was not missing out on much. The food was okay and the order was correct, but the is always poor. Nobody cares about providing good customer service anymore.
