Had a fantastic experience at Proof! The service was excellent. Great attention and check-ins from multiple servers. The food was maybe a little on the slower side, but worth it based on the quality. We ordered side salads, which were pretty good size. I had the BluePrint Burger, which had an amazing mix of porkbelly, blue cheese, and caramelized onions on it. My wife had the Proof CBR chicken sandwich, where she loved the jalapeño slaw, which was not too spicy. She enjoyed sweet potato tots, and I had house fries. I included a picture of my fries. I'm not a fan of so many tiny pieces

A+mazing! My friends and I came here last night. I got the ceaser salad, with black garlic ceaser dreasing. Im never eating ceaser salad without the black garlic again; 5/5 ☆. Friend A: got the diablo tacos and he said they were super good. Friend B: got the killer Mac & cheese. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the amazing service & food.

We tried this place for a little date night happy hour since we’re new to the Tri-Cities and had been wanting to check it out since it’s close to home. The restaurant was nice and clean, and our server was friendly, but overall we left really disappointed. The fries were were clearly old, stale, cold, and tasted like they had been sitting for hours. My husband’s burger and my wrap were mediocre at best. Service was lacking too. I ordered the same Proof burger that I ordered at the Kennewick location 5 days ago. Surprisingly there was a big difference in flavor, meaning this one was not as good. Now I'll have to go back to the one in Kennewick to compare again!
