My drive-thru experience was very disappointing. I was given what was essentially a bowl of lettuce instead of the meal I ordered, which was frustrating. However, Jacob and Marco completely turned the situation around. They were patient, professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about making things right. For this being a new location I would bet on them trying to impress customers. Guess I was wrong. I’ve come to this place since the first day it opened in October & every time I go it’s a different issue. But let’s focus on today’s issue. I went to order white bread with cheese in it, apparently they didn’t have white bread which makes zero sense. But okay no problem, I proceed to order the rest, which was a burrito and a breakfast bowl.
