Skyline Chili was a quick walk from our hotel. Mary, our server, was so sweet with a big personality. She made us feel welcomed and upsold the menu terrifically. Both my mother and I ordered their classic coney style dogs; with chili, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Our first impression, stared at each other turning a giggle into a down right LOL moment. At the same time we gave the bun and dog a firm squeeze, and well… we had to keep on squeezing. First time to Ohio and first time to Skyline. It’s been on my bucket list to try for years. I finally got the opportunity to try it on a whim not realizing there would be one in the Columbus area. I’m so thankful I tried it because it was as good as I imagined. I came at a slow time and wasn’t sure how service would be. Annie was so attentive and really treated me with the full Skyline experience by handing me the traditional Skyline bib that I didn’t even know about. Will definitely be back to visit when I come back to the Ohio area.

Food was amazing as always. Got there a little before closing and was treated kindly still. The waitress was outstanding. Very kind! I tried the dip chilito since they no longer offer the chili dip. All the chips were on one side and the rest of the filling on the other side. I would much rather have the chili dip it was delicious. The dip chilito flavor was too masked by the shell.
