After getting off from a 15 hour work day, I came to Smashburger and was greated with a friendly smile from the manager Lori. She made it easy for me to order. Lori made sure the cooks made my order to perfection. I got the most delicious and juicy truffle mushroom chicken burger. She recommended the Brussel sprouts which were very flavorful with a side of ranch and a soda. Lori went above and beyond to make sure I got signed up for the Smash Rewards program which will allow me to earn points on my visits. Thank you Lori for making the best part of my day with your amazing customer service!

Haven’t been in a long time so here is an honest review. It’s “OK”. But the burgers are definitely not a traditional “smashed” style as my photo shows. My burger was also slightly burnt and just like the last time very greasy. My daughter’s was better but still very greasy. Staff were very friendly like last time. If you’re looking for a decent non chain burger that’s not “smashed” maybe give it a go, but there are a few much better true smash burgers in the 614.

The food was good, but the service was EXCELLENT. Both Lori and Christian were just great. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of--they split our meal for us (we were sharing to save room for a delicious shake!), checked on us multiple times, and just in general went above and beyond. You can tell that both Lori and Christian really care about making sure their customers are happy and they take great pride in doing great work.
