They never know what they are doing. Can’t get anything right and when you order ahead you’re still waiting on your order while the drive thru is getting priority. Like do I have to order 10 minutes ahead of time and still wait? When I lived in Chicago every Dunkin in my block combined had better service than this.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the third time that I have pulled right up to the drive thru (no cars ahead of me) and was not greeted. After a minute or two I say hello? And someone responds we will be right with you. Fine. After literally 7 minutes waiting there someone finally says what can I get for you. Not hi sorry for the wait, not even hi. I asked for a sprinkled donut and was told we don’t have any donuts. Ok well then why would you proceed to let me sit there for almost 10 minutes at this point before you told me the donut shop was out of donuts. Unreal. I never leave rev

Yummy breakfast. However, we bought hot chocolate and when we got home to drink it, it was just water with a hint of chocolate. I guess they forgot to add the chocolate. Luckily we had some at the house.🤦🏻‍♀️

Went to get a banana cold foam drink. Realized that there was barely any cold foam. I recently got this drink a different day and really liked it so I went back today to get another one. This time there was barely any cold foam. So I turned around and went back. The manager gave me attitude and said that she put a lot on it and asked where it went. I mentioned that there was barely any and I took some sips and just tasted coffee. She mentioned that if I want more then I’ll have to pay for it.
