⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shake Shack is great for dine-in or takeout. It’s a bit pricey, but the hospitality was top-tier. Jenna, the general manager, was so kind and full of energy. She let us know there would be a wait, took a moment to talk with us, and shared details about a contest and the brand’s international background. That level of care made the experience memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Wife’s never been to a S.S. Definitely better than the ‘Big Three’. Shake little thin, onion rings good but not many in little box. 5 G & Smash Burger slightly more desirable. Sticker shock even with the freebuger code. Staff was Great. Facility clean.

I’ve had shake shack in other states and it was amazing I don’t mind paying for good food. However this is the 2nd time I’ve had a bad experience with my food at this location. My chicken sandwich was so dry it tasted like cardboard. My hamburger was so overcooked and my cheese was burnt. I’m convinced that the employees must hate their jobs how can someone serve anyone should poor quality food at this price and go home and sleep at night 2 double cheeseburger and a 1 chicken sandwich over 30.00 dollars to be uneditable. If you ever want to know what private equity tastes like, come to this shake shack. Let me start off with the spicy cheese fries (with ranch - cant forget that cheap add on). I felt like I was transported back to the Cinnamon challenge days but with a boatload of cayenne pepper instead. I also had to double check that I ordered the correct burger. It was the size of a slider. Half of the ingredients weren't even inside the bun either. I didnt realize I had to partially assemble my own burger. The size was definitely not worth what I paid but the small size might actually be a pro in this cas
