Heads up, this place might not function like you think it does. As Sonic advertises, you should be able to go into one of the park and dine spots along the restaurant and order your food to be brought to your car. However, this is apparently not always the case at this location. They will not respond when you hit the button at the stalls to order/talk to an employee. If you make the mistake of ordering online for one of the park and dine spots, they will simply not bring out your food and not let you know that is the case. Burger is excellent with lots of options and gooey melted cheese, at least the smash-burger. There's also a cheese burger that's apparently not smashed. On-line ordering is a breeze, but there doesn't seem to be a dine-in option; they simply bring out a takeout bag vs a window tray. Also, no area with extra ancillary items like ketchup packets or napkins. I suspect they'd bring out whatever if requested, but then you feel like douche/Karen. On subsequent visit, they did offer ketchup packets and other condiments.

Placed an online order for a slush fry and drink 12:45am Friday night. The employees falsely completed the order and never came out.. we pressed the speaker. No one answered forced to get in line after waiting for another fifteen minutes no one came, I would had left long ago had I not paid and could have gotten a refund. Had to get and wait to get through the line wrapped around the building. Unacceptable service. No more prepays. Also. They took my frozen cherry limeade off the menu. Not happy about that

This was my first time visiting this location with my child, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. We initially tried to order using the car park menu but received no response after a long wait. We then proceeded to the drive-thru, where we experienced another lengthy delay. Several cars left due to the excessive wait time. Additionally, the staff member at the drive-thru was not friendly. The cleanliness of the location was also concerning — there was trash scattered on the ground, and the bins were overflowing. Overall, this location fell short of basic service and cleanness
