Sad to do this. I usually do not have any issues here in the past. And the food and service was great. But now, I see today the staff is all different. My problem is, I ordered on computer and paid for my tacos, and as Im waiting I see the guy working on tacos with his nice clean white gloves with fingers in the food, no problem. But then I see those same fingers get under there and grab carboard boxes of supplies or sauce, whatever, and move same boxes that get stacked on floors and everywhere else theyve been, with those same fingers, and then those same fingers go right back into tacos t

We pulled up in the drive through and the lady taking our order was a very unprofessional . We understand when you’re busy it’s stressful but when we ask for something to be taken off the order the proper response is not “oh my god”. And then when no further information is given we ask what our total was. We were then yelled at and told “well if you give me a minute, I could tell you”. Absolutely insane. Would rather pay more to go somewhere else and not be spoken to like that after we were polite and understanding the entire time.

They never greet you. They look at you and that’s it. Almost as if they are robots. No communication about orders what so ever. I’d prefer to pick from a box. Teach the employees how to deal with human interaction. It’s nothing to be scared of. A few “hi’s”and “we’ll be right with”you goes a long way!

We picked up a fairly large mobile order here last night and I just want to say the young man working in the drive thru was very efficient. Thank you! I wanted to praise a good job when I experience it. He was polite and communicated well, everything had been packed well and was well made, nothing missing, all our sauces, thank you team! Great work😊
