I’ve gone to Dunkin’ three different times specifically to buy donuts, and each time they didn’t have anything available. It’s honestly frustrating because donuts are supposed to be one of their main products. I understand places can run out occasionally, but three times in a row feels like poor planning or lack of inventory management. It makes it hard to rely on this location if you’re actually craving donuts. At this point, I’m disappointed and probably won’t go back for donuts again unless they improve their consistency.

It was really bad and I felt ripped-off. I ordered the snack bacon. I've had it before, so I know it. Its not inexpensive, so I want it right. I asked if my order could be 'well-done'. The young man was polite. When I got it, it was 4 half pieces with no seasoning at all. And it was limp.. not well-done at all. I asked and he said that's what it is... so he doesn't know the product or he's been trained incorrectly? I didn't see anyone else to talk to. Not a good experience

Customer service today May 26, at 4:50pm has been the worst I ever encountered here. Rude, unprofessional and very unpleasant. Made me feel I was coming to get free donuts.

Always quick and always correct. Bathrooms are clean. Restaurant is clean. Not the best Dunkin to sit down with your laptop and work but it’s a solid location
