Manager has no idea what he’s doing . Went for the supergirl promo bucket and he had no idea what I was talking about . Your KFC manager doesn’t know anything about your brand . Your other employees look clueless . Time for retraining ! Never going back to this location. GO TO NORWELL, much better service

Really disappointing experience at KFC. The fries were insanely salty, to the point they were almost inedible. On top of that, the manager was rude and looked completely miserable, like he didn’t want to be there or deal with customers. What made it worse is they now charge 24 cents for a tiny sauce, which feels ridiculous for something that small. Between the overly salty food, rude service, and extra charges, this visit left a bad impression.
