Weekend service is terrible. They forgot an item from our order and somehow it became our fault according to the kids working here on the weekend — they were very rude and made it into a bigger issue than it was. All we asked was for a refund or credit for next time and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. When we came back to mention the incident during the week to the manager, her attitude was off and wouldn’t even speak to us directly. Definitely avoiding this location from now on. I will say during the week (mornings) staff was always pretty good.

Brought my little godchild to Dunkin for his favorite sprinkle donut. He loved it - especially the frosting - LOL. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Alert ‼️: Very bad experience – avoid on weekends On weekends (Saturday and Sunday), I strongly recommend going to another location. This branch is completely different compared to weekdays. There is an employee (blond-dyed hair) who does not greet customers at all. His attitude is arrogant and makes customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. On top of that, the orders are not prepared the same way as usual. The quality is inconsistent and not what you expect. What’s strange is that during weekdays, the staff are very friendly and the service is great. But on weekends? Terrible experience. I

i normally love this place but they closed almost an hour early with no notice, i normally mobile order, luckily i didn’t today because it would’ve been a waste of money.
