I’ve been a regular customer for a while and have always had good experiences, which made today especially disappointing. A co-worker picked up our usual order, including a box of coffee. When we poured our first cups, it tasted watered down and bitter. We sent one person back to explain the issue, but they refused to replace it because we didn’t have the receipt. While I understand that keeping receipts is important, we didn’t expect to need one just to address bad coffee. This use to be my location as it’s so close to my house. Since their renovation they have gotten my order right exactly zero times. Something is always missing. I put in a mobile order today and waited in the store over 25 minutes and they acted like I didn’t exist. Talked to two different people till finally the third person gave me my stuff. Won’t be back here ever and will continue to only use the Dunkin near my work

Ever since the remodel the service has been terrible. Orders are wrong, there is grounds in the coffee ext. Today was my last chance for this location. I walked in and was ignored. I waited over 5 minutes and could hear voices coming from the back. I even called out and was ignored. Then as soon as I walked out whoever was there helped someone on the drive thru. I used to stop in everyday after work but not anymore. It is such a shame as this used to be my go to Dunkin.
