I always have such a great experience at this Starbucks, especially when Val and Kor are working! They’re so friendly and welcoming, and they make my Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso perfect every time. Even when it’s busy, they’re quick, efficient, and still take the time to make sure everything is just right. Val and Kor really go above and beyond to make the experience positive—I always leave with the best drink and a smile.

First time visiting this location. Coincidentally, also the last time, because I'll never be back. Understaffed and the one poor girl working had no clue how to prepare most of the menu. Couldn't prepare one of our drinks, gave up and started helping other customers. 45 minutes later we left with even the second replacement being wrong. I'll go to literally any other Starbucks in Wichita before ever making the mistake of visiting this one again.

Baristas so lovely, and fast! I’ve never had a bad experience here, most of the girls are very sweet. They’re very good with the customers especially in the morning they keep everything moving fast and organized. I recommend going when Britany, Susie or Natalia are working! The downtown Wichita Starbucks, at Douglas and Topeka. I’m normally a fan of most locations of this famous coffee chain, but this spot completely struck out with me and appears to be the worst in Wichita. Service was was horrible with the barista being as unfriendly and zoned out of her job as humanly possible. Then the back dining area behind the counter was taken over by non customers with bags and spread out belongings including one person who was completely laid down and passed out. There was also the issue of no accessible bathroom yet only an option to go into the connected hotel, which
