This is a good restaurant. It is fast food but they do a good job and the double jumbo jack with cheese extra onions and tomatoes is really good. The prices for this meal and everything on the menu has grossly out paced inflation. Yes I know the government lies and under reports statistics but almost a 100% increase on my meal here requires mention. See the photos, from June 2018 and June 2026. $6.89 (2018) vs $12.89 (2026). Inflation from 2018 to 2026 is 31.44% not 100% so what gives? Jack in Box is not the only company that does this - it is a new reality we all must live with and I'm going

If I could give 0 stars I would. Refused to honor the app offer of the day ( free onion rings 12/18/25). The first person couldn't help me because they didn't understand English. The asked the manager to come help and she didn't understand my issue in English either. We just left. Terrible service!

Worst Customer Service....Orders always wrong and then they give you an Attitude when you being it to their attention. Sloppy food served even when they are not busy. THEY JUST DON'T CARE...FROM THE COOK TO THE MGR! These pics are my last order, where their reply was, "we always make them the same". Wow! So grease is now on the menu. Smh

Ordered here on a Sunday morning at around 8am. I went through the drive thru and asked for a cheeseburger plain, mini pancakes, coffee and fries. After receiving my order one of the girls seemed lost and didn’t know what time of day it was. As we were on the freeway my son noticed his burger wasn’t plain. The fries were extremely hard and crunchy, like they were yesterday’s fries. He wanted to eat the pancakes and noticed they didn’t put a fork or syrup I imagine they want people to enjoy day old crunchy dehydrated fries with without condiments. They did ask if I wanted sauce I said no but
