The ladies in here are extremely slow, and very careless about their customers. They are not out to make the experience great. They refuse to give me cold foam on hot chocolate when they know that they can. Every location in Burlington Township puts cold foam on hot chocolate except them. They refuse to each time and it's ridiculous.

It would be almost disappointing if they got my order correct just once. This is the most recent example of my order being entered as requested and made with at least one mistake. Service is quick and friendly, despite the apparent inability to produce an accurate order.
