I had nasty wilted lettuce on my sandwich that I had to completely take off, and as for curly fries, let's just say they were not curly fries. You can see by the photos I have posted, I was given tiny little slivers of what appears to be what was left over after they filled everyone else's curly fry order. Not even to mention, as I was backing out, the order was to go by the way, I reached my hand in the bag to get a delicious hot curly fry, and instead I got a cold little stubby piece of potato. Haven’t gone here in 3 years since my last review… wife picked up food here tonight. Figured it would have gotten better. Left out my wife’s Au Gus for her sandwich, failed to give horsey sauce for my over cooked, dried out beef and cheddar, guy at the window barely acknowledged my wife. Rude, and crappy food. I’m done with the Wilson Arby’s. Sucks because I like Arby’s sandwiches. Oh well.

this place is usually really good but today I got 2 cordon blue sandwichs for me and my wife and the bread and chicken was burnt. like really burnt. the crew was nice but I spent almost 40 dollars in food that made me sick.

They were short staffed where they could only do drive thru and the girl that took our order and made our food is truly a hard worker I only regret i didn't get her name to credit her for her duties. Employee should be recognized and compensated well.
