I eat here quite frequently but I will not be returning. :( This is now the second Wendy's location in the Austin area I refuse to eat at. This location gave me a spicy chicken sandwich with no top bun and the bottom bun had a spot of blue mold on it. I have never found mold on my food at any restaurant before this.

The chicken is so undercooked it’s still smooth and pink throughout the middle, with only 2mm of cooked edges…and this is after they told me to sit and wait for them to make it fresh. At first I felt bad cuz the lady at the window said they’re understaffed, but I worked in food service and I know there’s timers you’re supposed to use to cook the food. I really hope I don’t end up sick from this.

Watch out this location lies about their pricing. First time I was charged for a drink upgrade that I didn't ask for. When I said something the lady said too bad I had already paid and nothing she could do. Fast forward several months thought I'd give them another shot. The price on the menu was 20 cents less than then what they tried to charge me when I brought it up the same manager said it's 20 cents I don't see what the big deal is. That's called stealing.

Worst experience yet from Wendy's. Ordered my food on Uber Eats, they gave me a incomplete order, .70 cents short on my change because I added a chocolate frosty. If I don't check my order I come home short many items.. just the lowest quality of service. Very sad. Oh and the reason they didn't give my 70 cents change... they simply didn't have it and no explanation for it.. it's just common for the staff to rob customers.
