We were seated right away, however, we waited 30+ minutes for two burger/fries orders. The meat was so overcooked, they weren't the slight bit juicy. One burger was so well-done it was black, and both meals were only luke warm. Carmelized onions were also missing on the mushroom and swiss. The burger was so dry that I tried to add a little mustard. Also, the burgers were smaller than typical burgers anywhere else, yet $15 and $17. Don't waste your time or money here!

Ordered two sandwiches, one hamburger one chicken. Both were burnt! Had to scrape it. We waited 20 minutes so we said nothing. July 3rd around 7pm. Not busy. The location and atmosphere is excellent but not the food! Management needs to take notice!

06/03/26 We’ve been to this restaurant three different times, and our first two experiences were great. The hosts and servers were friendly, attentive, and the food was pretty decent, which is why we decided to come back a third time. Unfortunately, this last visit was the complete opposite experience. When we first arrived, the host was very nice, and our server, Saxton, seemed decent at first as well. However, once our food arrived, service quickly went downhill. I have tried so hard to give this place a chance. Time after time I have decided to roll the dice and hope that this place will perform like it has before and it’s just to the point that I don’t believe it will. Messing up on seriously almost every order. The waitress was extremely understanding and nice but good intentions instead of good food isn’t enough to make me want to come back.
