I went to Dunkin’ this morning and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I was polite and greeted the staff, but the person at the drive-thru window didn’t say a single word to me the entire interaction. I even said thank you, and there was no response at all—it came across as very rude and unwelcoming. On top of that, once I left and checked my order, I realized I didn’t even receive the correct food. I understand mornings can be busy, but basic customer service and order accuracy really matter. Hoping this was just a one-time issue, but it definitely wasn’t a great experience.

Slowest dunkin in MA. If you want to spend in line 20 minutes and they will ignore your order on purpose to make you wait and waste your time. Extremely unprofessional. Shame on you. Change the stuff im not the only one complaining. Not many people around like this place because of the poor management Stuff is not even trying to speak English

I went there this morning to give it another try as the last time was a bad experience & I understand that stuff happens.I ordered A Hot Chocolate & a couple doughnuts, well a small Hot Chocolate & 2 doughnuts was $5.77. That's ok but when you open the lid to the hot chocolate & the cup is half full?? It's not a a Latte or Espresso atleast give me a 3/4 cup full. Profit over customer is not a good way to go about business. 1st time back in 6-7 months & probably be at least that long before I return.

I love when I asked for a chocolate chip muffin heated with butter and they stick their finger in it... Soo yummy... and put butter in the hole it takes one cut with a knife lazy lazy workers
