Good chewy biang biang noodles with good veggies in very tasty broths and sauces. As a spicy food lover I found the "Extra Spicy" option to be delicious and satisfyingly spicy without being over there top spicy. The shaved potato side was also delicious.

This is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. The hand pulled noodles are so incredibly good. The noodles are very long, and you're going to slurp, so don't wear your best shirt :) we ordered everything extra spicy. The pork soup had a decent amount of meat. You can order extra meat in all the soups. Rather than extra meat, I ordered the lamb skewers. The lamb was cooked perfectly. I ate one skewer and put the other in my soup. I’m genuinely confused by the positive reviews. We visited around 7:10 PM (less than an hour before closing), which might explain the poor quality, but the food was a massive disappointment. We ordered the pork flatbread and a hot soup with hand-tossed noodles. The flatbread was overly dry, though otherwise fine. The soup, however, was inedibly salty, and the noodles were unpleasantly thick + overly dense. Great spot to co.e either by yourself or with a couple of friends. Highly recommend the Lamb cumin pulled noodles. The noodles have just the right amount chew and are seasoned perfectly. Try mid spice level is you're unsure of your tolerance. The skewers are also a.must have!!!
