Hilarious that a recent review on here from a few months ago mentions a similar horrid attitude from the same employee we had the displeasure of encountering today (slim figured red-head, who acts like she might even be the manager). We had a mobile order and saw it wasn't ready at the area labeled MOBILE ORDER PICK UP. So, we sat down and started having a conversation. Visited on 1/10/26 around 7 PM — and it wasn’t even busy. I usually enjoy this chain and stop by every so often, but the service at this location was incredibly disappointing. The staff member who assisted us (slim figure, red hair, nose pierced) was rude and seemed irritated from the start. When she asked if we were ready to order, I said we needed a couple more minutes. I just ordered from this location and the girl that helped me was so nice. She was very patient with me and I left the store feeling happy. I know it’s a small thing but sometimes it means a lot when another person is just giving out good vibes. I think her name was Emily not 100% sure.
