I’ve been a consistent customer here for a long time, and I spend both my money and time at this place. Unfortunately, the owner’s attitude has become a serious issue. He does not recognize or value his regular customers, and his behavior is consistently rude. Today, I was given a slice of pizza with a burnt base. When I pointed it out and asked for a replacement, the owner responded with attitude, mumbled inappropriate comments, and acted as if I was the problem. If customers are complaining, it’s because the quality is not acceptable. No one should be expected to pay for food that is clearly
