Salsa grill is a hidden gem in the Meadows Shopping Center on Security Boulevard. It's been there forever with a Peruvian menu and some american items. The whole menu is authentic, hearty and made fresh. Jay is the owner. He makes Carolina Reaper hot sauce by hand and it is not for the weak. If you ask nicely, he may go in the back and get you some. But you only need 3 or 4 drops. Any more than that and your mouth is on fire. I recommend the Paella. Dinner size for one is enough to feed four. They have a whole lunch menu which is about half the portion size of the dinner menu. YOU HA

When I first opened the menu, I thought the prices were a little high for a strip mall restaurant. Well, in this case, we definitely got what we paid for. The combo appetizer patter was enough for two meals and delicious! My son’s steak was thick, juicy, and without gristle or fat you often get at cheaper places. I enjoyed seeing the artwork (for sale) on the walls, and the service was good. I highly recommend!

Excellent "hole in the wall" I would have never guessed had awesome food and service from the outside! One of the most impressive and consistent things I've experienced here is the quantity of food you get with your order! Generous portions! I consider the food tasty and healthy (I am a diabetic, so I pay lots of attention to the healthy part!)
