I come here around 5 am in the morning, I get a large ice caramel blueberry regular. A simple coffee 4-4-4-4, yet every single time I come through the drive through my coffee is always descusting , it’s never made right, either has 3-3-3-3 in it, doesn’t have blueberry in it or it’s missing ingredients, and I still never complain or bash but this is actually getting ridiculous, my coffee never has a sticker on it as well so that could be the problem too. Won’t ever come back again and im not the only one in town who hates this place, Don't waste your money. It’s a last resort because it’s open

I should know better than to order a latte from a RI Dunkin. Today I ordered a latte with banana and caramel swirl. I don't know how they mess up, however, my drink does not taste like a latte. At best, a regular iced coffee. Once I use my points, I may need to delete the app and make my own at home.

I have been a very frequent customer at this specific location, and every time I have been there it has been phenomenal. Although, a lot more recently, I have gone to this location multiple times a day and have been told they have been out of milk, skim, mocha and even English muffins or sausage. I can understand running out of something once or twice, but every single time I visit they’re out of it.

This is the worse Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever went to. Been going there for months to see hopefully they get better. Well they have not. Order is always wrong and order is easy, 2 donuts and hash browns. Choc cover donut is correct, but the second one is wrong every time. Double choc donut, no sprinkles. Always get sprinkles on top or just a reg choc donut. Today it was a donut, not sure if custard or what was in middle, peanuts on top.
