This is the 3rd time in 7 years I have tried this location and the 3rd time I have been severely disappointed! Does anyone provide quality control? The tacos are so greasy they fall apart.

Placed a mobile order for 1 crunchy taco and burrito. Drove home and this was how the taco was. A picture is worth 1000 words.

So the food is typically just fine for me, but why place a mobile order if they're just gonna have me sit at the speaker for literally 3 minutes? I can't even make this up, I sat there for 3 minutes after letting them know I had a mobile order. I could've ordered faster. Edit: 5/17/26 I'm a regular at this location and the woman at the window noticed my haircut. She's the sweetest ever and I always liked her even before that. I don't know her name but she was in window and on headset at 9:50AM. Absolute darling

I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell on FM 544. I ordered a cheese quesadilla, but they tried to give me chicken instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee who took my order seemed irritated rather than helpful. After correcting it, I was then given an undercooked cheese quesadilla, which is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of care in fixing the issue made the situation worse. I expect better food quality and customer service. Hopefully management addresses this.
