I ordered a deep dish pizza. I ordered it well done because it was raw in the past. This time it was burnt 3/4 of an inch around the pizza. Pizza never did rise. When I called shelby said she was the manager. She said if I didnt listen to her I wouldn't understand why she sent it out burnt and with the dough not rising. Then she hung up. Crazy how customers are treated now a days.

We always ask places for our pizza to be made well done. It's usually a miss. Hungry Howies came in clutch tonight. Whoever was working tonight deserves more dough if you know what I'm saying.

Our pizza order is always unique/complicated and it's always delicious and hot!! Very good job, couldn't have asked for it to be better but to top it all off Cathy was our delivery driver and she is just the sweetest human being. Delivery drivers go through a lot, too much for what I'm assuming they're paid, and she had a rough delivery before ours, she has delivered our pizza several times and is always so nice, she doesn't deserve anything but happy receiving customers!! No matter if it's thunder storming or snowing, she's happy to serve our dinner and have a good conversation. Tonight she f

Food was not how I ordered. I ordered light sauce on my GF pizza and it seemed as if I got extra sauce! And the deep dish cheesey bread sticks for my kids weren't cheesey and we're dry and I didn't get my extra sauce I paid for!
