Ordered a original handtossed pep pizza and breadsticks for carryout. Pizza was average.Crust definitely tasted old and stale. Was very hard and not soft. They put a garlic butter seasoning on the crust which tasted very good. Chose the spicy marinara for the sauce and that was fantastic. Spicy marinara sauce definitely saved the pizza from being awful. Breadsticks were tasty but pretty generic. The marinara dipping sauce came in a plastic soufflé cup with what I believe is their original pizza sauce. Definitely not a sealed dipping cup like Domino's. We ordered pizza literally 1 hour ago and after calling, they told us that they don’t make it u til they have a driver. Why are we accepting deliveries and estimating 25 minutes, then changing the time if we don’t have drivers? We are regulars here and order often but that’s ridiculous. Waiting an hour and you just started making my food? Absolutely unacceptable. I’m not happy.

Stopped in while traveling. We were greeted promptly. Pizza order was filled within 10 to 15 minutes and was really good. My only disappointment was that the dining area was closed. Really miss the dine-in Pizza Hut! Sad to see so many closing.

I picked up my food on November 22, 2025. I ordered a cheese-crust meat lover with extra cheese and a one-topping pepperoni pizza. I got home, and it was a large 2-topping and a large 1-topping with sausage. I called back, and a man told me he put the credit in and to call when I need the same pizza made again for me and to tell them my order number 119163659. They will make the pizza again. I was ok and said thanks. I will call you when I want those pizzas remade and give the order number. So when I called today and spoke with Justin, he said he can't find the credit.
