I order online and have a “special” order. Worker GABE is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!! He gets my order right EVERY time! His energy is outstanding! I look forward to going to Sonic! He is truly the best employee I have ever met at a restaurant! He always greets with a smile, always goes above and beyond for customers and truly makes your experience feel like you’re the guest of honor! Sonic, you did it right with this employee! Do everything you can to keep him!

Sonic is well known for their ice cream menu. This location closes at 12:45 according sonic.com website, but the night manager shuts down the ice cream machine at 10:00pm for cleaning. I've worked fast food in the past and most ice cream machines could be cleaned in 60 - 90 minutes. Why would you shut down the ice cream machine at 10:00 pm on a summer night? The manager who was taking orders doesn't care if their customers are bummed out by this. The only positive experience about this visit was the person who handed us our order was nice and apologetic.

My husband waited 45 minutes on a milkshake and it’s so dang thick it won’t even come out the straw smh. I haven’t been here in months because the last time I got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it tasted SOUR it was NOT right. This peanut butter one (went with that bc how can you mess up Pb & vanilla ice cream) well make it to thick to even drink I guess smh after eating with a spoon they barely mixed the peanut butter too bc it was just a ton on top and vanilla ice cream under no PB milkshake. They need to start refining all these people they give terrible food too smh

This location is great I’ve ate here the last two weeks in a row and everytime the burgers are fresh, the fries are fresh and the overall experience has been 5 star service. Jeffrey was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Xenia sonic keep up the good work.
