Nothing warms up the soul like a cup of IHOP coffee at 6am. I was stayin' at a nearby hotel, and 'continental' breakfast was stale cereal and tasteless coffee. I need proper fuel, i need a proper breakfast. Plate with meat n eggs, something sustainable. I got a busy travel day ahead of me. Quick walk to Yuma's only IHOP for a proper breakfast. I was greeted with a smile, real seasoned waitress. Very attentive. Coffee was heavenly, eggs were perfect over medium, bacon was crisp, and they had Multigrain toast!

Claudia and Robert were so kind and helpful. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for breakfast, brunch, or a late-night meal. I’d definitely come back.

Lunch there today fishermans platter, it was exvellent, generous servings. The monent we walked in the door we were greeted and seated. Our server was the best ever, I had not been out in a long time after my husband passed away. I can say enough good things, everything was perfect. 1/22/2026 around 1:30 or 2:00
