I remember Taco Bell in the 1970s, they had the stone walk ups with outside dining on little fixed booths. There was only one kind of sauce offered, and it came in a little plastic cup with enough sauce for an entire item and it was actually hot. The first thing you would notice walking up was the unmistakable smell of real food. It was my favorite fast food growing up and I continued to go through the 80’s but as the 90s approached, it became obvious that the taste and quality was steadily going downhill. Because of construction, there is no parking. Only the drive through is open for now. I’m rating this Taco Bell a one star due to bad customer service. After I made my debit card payment I asked the female cashier if I needed the paper receipt that she had handed to me. After she replied that I didn’t need it, I tried to handed it back to her so she could toss it in her trash bin, and she refused to take it back stating that (according to her) because of company policy she couldn’t take the piece of paper and toss it. The food is good but the last 2 times I got from them my order was wrong so whoever takes orders needs to be fired because they’re are many people who are desperate for a job right now and that person is just playing around and barely doing their job… pathetic honestly

Everyone was great and the food was well prepared. It was ruined by one loud employee just standing around telling everyone her terrible family business. I felt sorry for all the other very hard working employees trying to ignore her and do their jobs. Despite this one occurance, I will always support my Yuma Taco Bell when I'm in town!!
