Visited in May 2025. Tashkent 🇺🇿 Located on Zulfiyaxonim Street in Tashkent, Quadro is a stylish Spanish restaurant with an Eastern twist. The interior is modern and beautiful — warm lighting, patterned textiles, wooden furniture and artistic details that blend Spanish and Central Asian vibes. The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, lively but not noisy, with a comfortable upscale feel. Perfect for dinner with friends or a special evening. FOOD: Quadro offers Spanish cuisine with an Eastern interpretation. The beef tongue was incredibly tasty and tender — one of the best dishes. The steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. We also loved the chicken kebab and the peppers with eel sauce — they were full of flavor. The hummus was quite tasteless, and we don’t recommend the paella — it tasted more like an Eastern plov than traditional Spanish paella. WOW, what a fabulous experience from start to finish. A beautiful interior with comfortable seating, muted lighting, soft music playing in the background and warm and inviting staff. I ordered the beef tenderloin, grilled asparagus and sangria and was blown away with how tender and delicious the tenderloin was as was everything else. The sangria was perfect - not sweet, cold, fruity and light - especially on such a hot day. My waiter could not have been better. He was pleasant and had a warm smile. he brought complimentary bread and butter - hot and delicious, btw, as was the complimentary chocolate after lunch. I will eat here again several more times before I leave Tashkent at the end of the month. I highly recommend treating yourself to a fabulous food experience here.

The food is generally good, especially the seafood paella, which I really enjoyed. However, considering the price I paid, the portion size felt a bit small. My meal also took longer to arrive than expected. A friend ordered the beef medallions, which were served with bok choy—a pairing I found a bit unusual. The plate looked quite empty and lacked excitement for a steak dish. On the plus side, cocktails are reasonably priced, starting at 70,000 som. However, the sangria didn’t taste like traditional sangria at all, and unfortunately, there was too much ice in it.

Disgusting place. The food was trash – my steak was raw. The waiter was rude and ugly, refused to take a photo twice and said he was “too busy.” We were 10 people, he served soup to 8 and ignored 2 of us like we were invisible – then lied and said he didn’t see us. Felt totally intentional. No one speaks Uzbek or Russian. This place is a joke. Never coming back, and I’ll tell everyone to stay away.
