Beautiful patio. That's where the highlights end. At these prices, you'd better deliver — and this place didnt. Items advertised on the menu not available. We asked specifically about the vegetable soup and received a detailed description. What arrived was a mushroom soup not even close to the description, no explanation. We often felt our server forgot about us. The antelope burger was decent. The fries were cold, stale, and appeared like they were straight out of a Zambian Potato Company bag — the same ones you'll find at every budget spot in town. For 500 kwacha, frozen fries aren't a side...they're an insult. There are better meals at a third of the price all over lusaka. Will be hard to come back.

From a Ghanaian perspective, Chuma Grill & Bar is an amazing restaurant at the Raddisson Blue in Lusaka. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The circular shape offers creative seating, although the chairs are in need of replacement. The menu is extensive with wine suggestions for every dish at this well-known Lusaka restaurant. My friends and I ordered traditional Zambian game stew (385 ZMW), with antelope casserole, tomato & onion ‘soup’, garlic crostini, spiced mashed potatoes, the first ever Zambian dish I have tried. The amount of game stew was too much for one person after removing all the bones, but it tasted good. The flavour of the mashed potatoes was particularly good. Service was professional. The amtosphere of the restaurant was really great, very chilled vibes and all round good energy. unfortunately I can't say the same about the meal I had, the pasta was quite hard and was not el dante at all and the sauce was soupy but it did have some flavour just not to the tee.

Very disappointed overall....they didnt even ask how I want my ribeye steak done, so I had to go to the kitchen area to ask for medium. It never came out medium though...close to well done Simply don't understand how this is the best restaurant in Lusaka on Trip Advisor
