Good service and ambiance. Though it can get very cold on a chilly day. I love that there’s free WiFi and taps to wash your hands. The service is good, the waiters are friendly and respectful. Delicious food and a great atmosphere. They offer free wifi which is a plus. I loved the hand washing station that is located in the main dining room. The wait staff was so friendly. The manager came out to check on us during our meal and she was super friendly. The food was tasty and my medium well steak was perfect. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Harare.

Had lunch at Paulas Place -Waiters polite & efficient We ordered: Starter: Giblets (ITS A NO, TOO MUCH TOMATO PUREE) & Trinchado (i loved this) -Very big portion for 2. Main: 1/4 chicken & pork chop with rice 1/4 chicken & prawns with chips -under seasoned chicken, overcooked prawn, pork was okay. The trinchado was perfect perhaps i shouldve ordered that for the main. The chips were nice and crunchy on the outside+soft on the inside. -the food was hot. Overall experience: Pleasant service & hospitality 10/10 Food 5/10
