As a customer I am not fully aware of how they go about service delivery but from the customers (POV) it could use some work. If you want to at least cut that wait time, make sure you pre-book a table otherwise you will wait for a while. Food quality isn't exactly five stars but doesn't disappoint in terms of being catered for a deli and bistro type food service. Ambience is the trump card for these guys; nice greenery is available and its usually quiet too.

This is one of the worst restaurant experiences, we waited nearly over two hours for our food. In the meantime our orders and drinks were changed several times due to different meals not available. We had to order drinks out of our budget as they were not available. When the food came it was cold, incredibly small portions and left for wanting. If you want to enjoy a nice meal, I suggest going to different restaurants in Mutare.

The service was slow spent a while waiting for our food only to realize they hadn't placed the order then spent 1hr 45 minutes waiting for our food which was cold the rice seemed like it's been reheated multiple times but left to go cold . The waitresses were polite in total we spent 3 hours for cold food which had been reheated and tasted below sub standard

Lovely garden centre with a small cafe and a small shop selling lovely food. Service is very slow though and meals came out 15 mins apart.

Terrible service rude waitressess who made is wait 3 hours and when we asked about our food they rudely told us "you can go".We were served with no cutlery ,the milkshakes were the wrong flavour and it was a dirty place.
