We had lunch here. No frills or fancy restaurants, fast efficient service with food to match. Had the 3 meats and rice along with the chili bean curd and pork mince with rice! Both spot on, duck is hit and miss depending on which part you get, soy chicken was silky and tender and can’t go wrong with their crispy pork! Complimentary orange, price was also reasonable! Happy to eat here again! Recommend!

BBQ City is a hidden treasure…for those who don’t know about it! The bbq city restaurant doesn’t rely on the latest fads or fancy gimmicks to serve up some of the quickest and tastiest Chinese food in Adelaide. EVERYTHING on the menu looks good and tastes even better. My only problem, my stomach isn’t big enough to try everything. No time for stuffing around when ordering, call your server when you’re ready to order and within minutes it will arrive at your table fresh, fast and fantastic. Typical Chinese Bbq restaurant in feel service etc price and menu. I had 3 bbq meats and rice. Nicely presented but unfortunately lacked flavour and the meat was all cold to tepid. I would normally finish it. I was hungry and didn’t feel like complaining so ate about 70%

The Clay Pot is terrible, it is not fresh, worst I’ve ever had. I give 2 star not one because the BBQ selections are ok. I do not recommend this restaurant. Very competitively priced, but don’t go if you care about quality at all.
