A perfect spot for brunch! Or lunch... or just a coffee 😉 I've now been to Café Troppo a few times and it has always been pleasant. Once for just a coffee catch-up and three times for lunch. I've had their salad twice, as it was so delicious. Their sandwich was also very good. It has so much more on the menu I want to try so I will definitely go back to try more of their food. The atmosphere there is very cozy. I've only sat outside as it was perfect during summer. A very dreamy spot hidden away from the busy street by their wooden frame with plants surrounding everywhere. Hands down the best brunch in town! Everything from the coffee to the food was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and beautifully presented. The staff was warm and attentive, and the cozy vibe made it even better. Can't wait to come back — highly recommend!

Located on a street corner next to a large sunny lawn. It was quite windy, we chose to sit indoors, the vibe was very relaxed. Lots of locals around—some reading newspapers, others chatting with friends. Adelaide really feels laid-back here. Green Waffle ($27) was very unique—packed with ingredients, rich in texture, and surprisingly savoury rather than sweet. Topped with a generous piece of cheese and a perfectly runny egg, it was delicious and memorable. Chilli Eggs ($24) had a well-balanced, flavourful scramble with salad on the side. The soft bread underneath soaked everything up nicely—

The atmosphere is great thanks to the trees nearby. However, service was not too great. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for food although it was not too crowded. But the most disappointing thing was the food itself. I ordered a dish having sadines with two slices of toast with some herbs. The problem was that the toasts were too hard, causing several minor cuts inside my oral cavity, completely destroyed my experience. Taste can be subjective depending on every customer, but experience cannot be biased.
