We were greeted pleasantly at first, however the tone noticeably changed once it became clear we had no reservation, including the comment, “You’ll have to bear with me, we only staff to the amount of bookings we have.” This was later reinforced by her boyfriend, who mentioned he had rushed over after work to help because they were busy. Service was slow, and we were left feeling like walk in customers were less appreciated. That said, the sticky date pudding was fantastic.
