He insisted on searching a personal bag and went through it like he was on some power trip, digging around as if he’d lost something in there. It was over 41°C outside, yet we were treated like criminals for carrying a simple bottle of water — not like we were smuggling vodka into the venue. Being told to pour it out onto the street, with that same smug attitude, was the final straw. Completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and unacceptable. The rooftop (and the barbecue they do up there) is topped only by the hospitality of the people who work there and make it what it is, Lewis is a gem and guarantees an ice cold pint. Cheers :)

BUT AC was not working and we can barely open the windows (old building), which anyways are facing a very busy road, so you can't sleep with open windows (even with closed one it's not that easy). As the place is a bar/concert venue downstairs, don't expect to be able to sleep before 23h as it feels like you are in the club but you are in your bed. Staff: the cleaning lady is a sunshine !
