We ordered the Super Fresh Deluxe Sashimi—so fresh and beautifully presented 😍. The 1 dozen oysters were super chilled and incredibly fresh 🦪❄️. My absolute go-to for ramen in Darwin; the food is great, the staff are helpful, and the atmosphere is decent (plus ordering via QR code is super easy). Palmerston branch has more menu options tho. Try to visit on a regular day, as they tack on a 10% surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Firstly, I would like to point out that the negative reviews for this venue are either old or of minor inconvenience. During my solo dining on a Friday night, the service was promptly, food was very good and any interactions with staff including checkout was swift and without hassle. Staffs were friendly, and able to assist with any inquiries you may have. Viewing menu and ordering can either be on your phone through QR or through the waiter. A complete disappointment right from the moment we walked in the door. Couldn't find our reservation and had to show them my confirmation email. Now what restaurant on a Saturday night at 6:30pm only has two bottles of wine, not two types of wine, just 2 bottles only in the whole place?
