Unfortunately one of the worst customer service experiences at a cafe. Went in with my partner at 2pm, it was quiet. Only 2 other tables with customers. We ordered a BLAT with wedges alongside some coffees. Our coffees came, but after waiting for 40 minutes our food never did. When we went up to the counter and asked if we could just pay for the drinks, we were asked to pay $40+! I had to say “excuse me, is that only for the drinks?” To which the server responded “oh, you didn’t get your food?” Considering we were the only customers who were waiting for food, and the 5 staff members who were w
