19/02/2026: We decided to try a different café for lunch as we like exploring new places. The cafe itself was lovely, and the presentation of the food was excellent. I ordered the “Beef If You Dare,” and when it first arrived, it looked absolutely delicious. However, after taking a few bites, I noticed a strong burnt taste. When I turned the meat over, I realised the burnt side had been placed face down on the plate. Unfortunately, this really affected the flavour of the dish. We were looking for a decent coffee and breakfast during Easter break and decided to try two chefs . It was good and yes, I was gonna write service was a bit slow. I won’t put anything did not disappoint . If you’re in Geelong CBD must try .

There are many fantastic things in the world and the vegan date and walnut bread at 2 Chefs is peak. It's legit. So too the staff and service, so too the decor and atmos. There was only one person manning the coffee machine so my coffee came out a bit after my date bread; no criticism of that lady, just an observation for staffing at 10AM on a Friday. There were 8 of us for our work team meeting, and one other. The cook, chef, did up 6 toasties in good time. Another of us had the carrot cake. Every one was keen and seemed satisfied. Will highly recommend this establishment to everyone. It has a lovely atmosphere, wonderfully friendly staff and sensational food. Ticks all my boxes on all levels. Thank you for your service, smiles and fabulous menu. My only little niggle is, could you maybe put a self-closer on the front door that no one seems to close please. Would be perfect then🥰💜
